All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered unless any incorrect product is delivered.
- 2. Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided only if:
- The product delivered is incorrect or damaged.
- You inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and supported by a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening the parcel.
- Important:
- An unboxing video is mandatory to qualify for a replacement.
- Requests submitted without a proper video will not be accepted.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be replaced:

- Jewellery
- Accessories
- 5. Shipping for Approved Replacements
If your replacement request is approved, Cinderella Fashion will bear the shipping cost for the replacement product.
No extra payment will be required from the customer.
